The above error happens due iOS swift version and firebase_core version mismatch. To solve this make sure you do the below things
- run flutter clean
- Then go to iOS directory and remove Podfile and Podfile.lock
- Then make sure you have update the iOS version to latest one see the picture below
See from the above photo that, I have upgrade the platform :ios, ‘13.0’ previously it was ‘11.0’
Use the version as high as possible.
After that run
flutter pub get
Then go to iOS directory and run
- pod repo update
- pod install
It should do the job.

If you along the way, you might also get
iOS upgraded 0 dependencies. In that case make sure you have content in Podfile. If not put the code below
