I would think that, iOS developers are now needed in fine tuning apps like highly fine tech or specialized for optimization like big finance app and scientific apps for research.
I also think iOS developers are only needed when you need to control every of bit pixels and extremely fast speed.
Other than that Flutter and React native can do all the jobs.
At the same, iOS developers are more expensive and not versatile which goes against the nature of a company. With Flutter and React Native you do cross platform apps. iOS and Swift actually are applicable to Unix system like Mac.
I agree, you only need an iOS developer when you have an application that needs access to native iOS code.
For example, I develop in Flutter and I know the basics of Swift and Kotlin, I can, for example, launch a Flutter event in Kotlin and respond through native Android code, I believe this is the basics of every Flutter dev.
I was thinking this in the past, won’t Apple harm those who use Flutter/React instead of the native language?
But at the same time I think that the more and more applications in the AppStore, the more they earn for the Developer subscription and fees (15% or 30%) of the payments.
yes, that’s true
I agree with the post and the comment above. Have you developed games for Android and iOS with Flutter?
Yes, I have a 2D game in flutter
Agree with the first comment!
